Delray Beach Art

Fine Art Exhibit in an unusually attractive downtown Delray Beach location

April 2, 2012 – May 12, 2012

March 1, 2012 Delray Beach– Vivid Expression in Art, a recurring theme for this rotating art exhibit space, opens April 2 through May 12 at 110 East Atlantic Ave ART Exhibit in a wonderfully designed office complex in downtown Delray Beach.  The open atrium, looking from the third and second floors above the nicely designed lobby, is full with original art objects from nine talented local fine artists. On display is a variety of styles and subject matter from abstract to realism, acrylic, oil, photography, and clay sculpture.  The free reception with refreshments is open to the public to meet the artists from 6:30 – 8:30 pm, Thursday, April 5th.  Nestled between Carpe Diem and Prime restaurants, the lobby doors are open to the public from 9 – 6 p.m. Monday through Friday for viewing this beautiful array of vibrant art for sale, appropriate for corporate and home decor.

Art Curator Grace Greenberg has been putting together rotating art exhibits since August 2010 for the purposes of providing a lovely ambiance in which the 110 East Atlantic Ave tenants can work and providing artists with a lovely and centrally located venue in which to display their well-crafted art.  Each exhibit has been received very well for its beautiful display of attention-grabbing composition and a blending of the artists’ styles and subject matter.  This exhibit runs for six weeks where the public can view Art Siegel’s most popular and unusual light box photographic art, Bhavna’s meditative acrylics, Tom Parker’s expressive abstracts, Madeline Gallo’s lighthearted clay sculptures, Judith Shah’s reflective abstracts, Silvia Romero’s Latin American flavor, Grace Greenberg and John Skinner’s photographic compositions, and Greg Lowman’s acrylic realism.

Call Grace at 561-542-1330 for more information about these works of art for sale.  110 East Atlantic Avenue is an office complex with custom suites.  Contact Charles Andrews with your commercial real estate interests at 561-414-5700 and Josh Waugh 561-762-9111 for residential real estate at Blue Coast Real Estate and Development Group, LLC.

110 East Atlantic Ave ART, “home of rotating exhibits,” has become the “in” place for viewing and purchasing interesting artwork from talented South Florida artists.  As a large commercial office building with various sized office suites on a prime street in downtown Delray Beach, the common areas on three floors have been utilized to accommodate gallery quality artwork for all to enjoy.

Rotating art exhibitions have held more than 100 beautiful and unusual paintings, photographic arts, and sculpture that fill the lobby, atrium walls, and common walkways on the second and third floors.  With a peaceful waterfall in the lobby and where the upper floors look onto the lobby, the environment is much like the Guggenheim museum in New York.

Artists take advantage of hanging their works here because they have a beautiful environment in which to bring patrons to view their work during usual business hours.  Opening receptions for each exhibit has brought well over 125 guests to celebrate their success in an upscale, unique setting for displaying reasonably priced watercolor, oil, acrylic, pastel, mixed medium, photography, and sculpture.  Invitational art exhibits have featured 12 – 14 artists with groupings of their works, and organizations have held juried shows, such as The Boca Raton Museum of Art – The Artists’ Guild, Women in the Visual Arts, Artists of Palm Beach County, the National league of American Pen Women, and Food for the Poor, and Old School Square Art and Photography.

Office tenants really enjoy entering their workplace with vibrant and expressive art objects that are ever changing and appropriate for their business environment.  They feel happy to come to work in a special setting.

Contact Art Curator Grace Greenberg at 561-542-1330 for more information.

Tri-County Exhibit: A Showcase for Artists, a Benefit for the Poor

COCONUT CREEK,FL(Aug. 31, 2011) An art exhibition may be a delight for the eyes, but the creativity it takes to make an image come to life takes talent and passion. Food For The Poor is also passionate about what it does on behalf of the poor, and is excited about its first “Art Embracing Hope” or “Härt Exhibition” that it will host in threeSouth Floridacities this fall.

A kaleidoscope of nearly two dozen international and local artists will delight, dazzle and inspire with their visual interpretations. Every work of art is for sale, and each piece sold will allow Food For The Poor to provide much needed help to hundreds of destitute families in the countries we serve.

Here’s how it will work: there will be a silent auction, a raffle and an opportunity to donate. A percentage of each art piece sold also will go to the artist. Some of the drawings to be auctioned were created by the children Food For The Poor serves inLatin America.
