110 East Atlantic Ave is a commercial office building nestled between Café de France and Blue Fish restaurants with four floors of glorious wall space hankering for environment-appropriate artwork. Grace Greenberg, art curator, has arranged to exhibit art with public events here on premises to promote artists and their creations for sale. This space has room for approximately 72 pieces in prime locations in the building and in a great location in downtown Delray Beach.

Amy Ames (LiveinDelray) sat down with Korin Thor and this is what she had to say…
LiveInDelray: Korin, how long have you worked with Tryst?
Korin: I have been with Tryst for a year and a half.
LiveInDelray: How long have you been in South Florida?
Korin: I have been in Florida for 20 years. I am living in Delray Beach. I was born in and raised in Connecticut.
LiveInDelray: When did you know you wanted to be a chef?
Korin: I always loved to cook and eventually fell into baking. My Favorite food to make is Ice Cream.
LiveInDelray: What do you like to do for fun when you aren’t working?
Korin: I love to play tennis and ski.
LiveInDelray: What are your specialties here at Tryst?
Korin: Homemade ice cream, banana bread pudding, and more.
LiveInDelray: What makes Tryst so special?
Korin: We have a good product with a twist. Upscale homemade food.
I had a wonderful experience speaking with Korin and while there she even brought me out a bowl of Mocha Stout Ice Cream, which was delicious! When asking the Manager John what is so special about Korin, his response was. “Korin is the mama of the kitchen. She makes sure everyone eats.” Korin graces the presense of Tryst at lunch from 11:30am-3:00pm Monday-Friday. Tryst has their daily recession special of the day for lunch, which includes the Chefs sandwich of the day, with a side of fries or salad, and a soft drink or iced tea. Don’t forget to try Korin’s desserts!
